That is also where I bought the DSR-500 and the reason I turned to this forum since the DSR-500 is not sold i Europe, hence there is no support for the 500 in the EU. In Europe only the DSR-500N i sold. 2. I have a direct connection to the internet via fibre with a public IP We programmed a second, new DSR-500 the same as the first and swapped the routers. The second router also locked up every 18 -24 hours. We then split our network functions between the two DSR-500 routers, moving one public IP and the VPN connection to the second router. Both routers continue to lock up.
