May 21, 2013 路 Hey guys. My Xbox won't connect to Xbox Live. I have a wired connection and when I go in to test my network connection, it says "It's all good! Your console is now connected to the Internet." But when I go back to the home screen, I'm still not connected to Xbox Live. Anyone know what could be causing this? Edit: It's back up for me, guys!

Every time I start up my Xbox One, the "Connect to Xbox Live" button is there. I click it, go to set up network, select my network, type my password in and it connects just fine. This just started a few days ago, it used to always be online when I turned it on. All the other devices on the same network run just fine.

Then when I went to connect my xbox to the new network, it connected to it but not the internet. Note:I have had this xbox for 2 years and had no problem like this and I also tried hooking up my old router again to see if that would make a difference but the same thing happened, connected to the network but not the internet.
